Who these terms are for
Tango Federal sells production services to language service providers and media companies. By sending a job you accept these terms and the rate sheet in force on the order date.
Quotes and orders
Published rates apply per source word, per minute or per page as stated on the rate card. A job is confirmed when we acknowledge files, scope and deadline in writing. Committed-volume rate sheets replace the published rates for the agencies that hold them.
Quality and corrections
Every delivery includes automated QA. TEP jobs include independent review and a back-translation sample. Corrections attributable to us are made at no charge within 30 days of delivery.
Confidentiality and white label
All material is handled under NDA. Deliverables carry no Tango Federal branding unless the agency asks for it. Translation memories and glossaries created for an agency remain the agency's property.
Payment
Monthly invoices with itemized backup, due Net 30 on approved credit; otherwise payment by card before delivery. Late balances accrue 1.5% per month.
Liability
Our liability for any job is limited to the amount invoiced for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Tango Federal Translation Services, LLC, Coral Gables, Florida, United States.
