What we collect
Contact details you submit through this site (name, email, agency, message) and the files, translation memories and glossaries agencies send us for production. We do not use tracking advertising cookies.
Why
To answer your request, run the jobs you send us, invoice them and keep the quality records (QA reports, back-translation reports) that come with each delivery.
Production data
Files are processed on infrastructure operated by the Flix Translations Group. They are never used to train external models. Retention is set per agency in the vendor agreement; default is 90 days after delivery, and deletion on request is honored within 10 business days.
Sharing
Linguists and reviewers work under NDA and see only the material needed for their task. We do not sell or share data with third parties for their own purposes. Processors we use (hosting, email) are bound by data-processing terms.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you or your agency, correct it, or have it deleted, by writing to the email below. We answer within 30 days.
